我是晚上才去的，所以只有看到夜景，但是在看到漂亮的夜景的一瞬间就觉得来对了!!展望室有东西南北面，其中正对车站前那条路的那一面最漂亮，能看得到一排的灯火、电视塔和薄野的摩天轮。不过门票要720円，看完景色就没有别的活动，感觉会有点单调...

鸟瞰札幌的好去处，尤其是下雪天，远处是黑色的山，近处是白色的建筑，随便取景都是美图！有卖纪念品和特色食品的，可以买一些。

这是札幌很典型的景点,可以看见整座城市和周围的景色,还可以尝尝当地美味的饼干和白巧克力。这里有札幌最有名的风景照片和JR塔小狗卖,是送给亲朋好友不错的礼物。我们去的时候,看见塔底有个露天餐厅,就顺便在那儿吃了顿午饭。

Just went up the tower, visibility was poor due to Snow but we had a a good window of an hour or so to watch very nice fat snowflakes falling on the city before it whited out. We sat drinking the very nice coffee from the cafe while watching the lazy snowfall. staff are helpful and spoke good English. The piped in soundtrack works I think better in slow snowfall than it does won a clear day.I've been up a lot of observation decks an while this one is not high neither is the city it has a good sense of place and the space is nice. One ticket allows for multiple visits.

A typical high tower observation deck that gives you a great perspective of your area and the city layout. Marginally worth the price. It seems they are almarginally worth the price, no matter where you are, for the brief time you spend looking at the view (except Paris Eiffel Tower). Crowded with souvenir items to buy everywhere, on all levels. Just like in the US, they didn't miss an opportunity to sell something. Ride up and down is pretty quick and not a long line.

This is a great place to see the city and beyond with fantastic views across the city and all the way down Odori Park. Well worth the effort.

The JR Tower gives probably the most beautiful view over Sapporo and surroundings. Particularly in Winter, the air is very clear and you can see far into the plains where the city is situated and the mountains around. The food there is not so good, but enjoying a coffee and the beautiful view is sufficient. A nice gimmick is the men's toilet that offers a view on the city.

Went on first day of Snow Festival. Nice views, but the slick people-wrangling staff detracted from the experience. Don't need more than about 20 min (after getting through line to get in).

Get great views over Sapporo, I think it is better then Tokyo tower and air is clearer and cleaner, would love to see in winter with the snow

Located at the heart of Sapporo, the tower is a great visit between checking out all the other attractions in the heart of the city. Great for families since the top of the tower has a shop filled with souvenirs suitable for all ages. The view is just so-so since Sapporo is very westernized with the grid city layout. Only interesting thing (imo) is the view looking northwards where you can see the ski slopes (in the day time) and the park with all the christmas lights (during the winter). Costs approximately 600 Yen and a must see if you're visiting sapporo.

We went there on our second night in Sapporo but on arrival we were informed that the sky was rather foggy. As such, we decided not to proceed and came another day. Came here again after sinner the next day. The sky was clear and the view is amazing. The cafe on the observatory does not charge exorbitant prices like other skydecks around the world.T38 closes late so it is a good way to end the night in Sapporo.

The night view is so impressive from the JR tower T38. You can see different views from different sides and the most beautiful side is the one with Sapporo TV Tower, with a lighted flyer near it. You can also enjoy some coffee or wine in the observatory shop while facing the night view and chit chat with your friends. Do remember to visit the wash room if you were a guy and you will never regret it!

Well, yeah.. it's one of the best location to get bird eye's view of Sapporo.. but you should know that Sapporo is not a high-rise building city.. so nothing much to see. You can come here.. have a snack and conversation over nice view. It's just nice but not mind-blowing.
