Coming from the US, it took me 2 months to even see a kangaroo that wasn't dead on the side of the road (wasn't trying very hard, but still...) A friend took me here out of the blue and was amazed that you can pet and feed the kangaroos. Also held a koala, watched the tassie devil feed, dingo feeding, and stopped by most of the other attractions. Very cool experience for a foreign traveller, should be high on the list of things to do if you are in Adelaide region. Also had an excellent pizza and decent chicken salad. Overall great experience.

It was a very warm day so our experiences with the Koala's were limited but the Kangaroos and Wallabees made up for it. Close personal contact was the order of the day. A bag of food made you many friends.

A really enjoyable day for tourists and 'locals'. I brought my friends who were visiting from Germany to Cleland and they had a ball getting up close with Australian animals. Buy a bag of food and walk through the large enclosures feeding kangaroos, wallabies, and emu's by hand. See the keeper talk and feed Tasmanian Devils, dingoes and birds. Or hold/pet a koala. I would suggest spending a whole day here, and even bringing lunch or eating at the café. I would recommend a visit to Cleland to everyone - especially international tourists/visitors, and families.

A beautiful setting with some beautiful views.the animals look well cared for and it was not expensive.great value for money. We paid extra and had our photo taken holding a koala which was done with the animals best interest at heart. Animal feed is available to buy and u can feed several of the animals. If I was to return to Adelaide would definatley come again.

What a lovely wildlife park! The animals roam free and are tame enough to pet and feed. You can have a photo with a koala for free - pretty cool - and there are interesting 'keeper talks' throughout the day. Get a bag of animal feed on your way in and enjoy! The cafe has reasonably priced and healthy options for lunch.

The park is located high up in the mountains and hence even when the sun out there is a beautiful breeze which makes it a fantastic place to leisurely walk around and see all the Native Aussie animals! Overalls great day out!

This nature park is well worth a visit and the drive up there from the city of Adelaide is lovely as well. In fact, we were able to see koalas in the wild on the way from Cleland back to town. The nature park itself has a small lunch counter that had adequate sandwiches. But the real attractions are the animals and birds including vivid rosellas, several sizes of kangaroos and wallabies hopping around on the gourds, koalas and Tasmanian devils in large fenced areas (disease-free Tasmanian devils) potoroos and water birds. Here we got to see dingoes being fed. A special experience was a chance to pet (and pose for a photo with) a koala. Lots of beautiful grounds and plenty for families to see and do.

Very nice place to go (if you have wheels) for an hour or two. Birds seemed happiest. Tazzie Devils went round in circles - looking quite unhappy. Kangaroos slept with their legs in the air.
