What makes the boatshed special is its location. We dropped by a few times for coffee and milk shakes.Low key, basic, limited food but yet very pleasant to relax on their deck above the riverwatching the fish below and the world go past. Boats available for hire, fishing gear for purchase and friendly staff too

Came across this lovely place whilst holidaying in Laurieton. My husband son & I decided to hire a boat for a few hours in the morning to go fishing and hire a couple of SUPS after lunch. The boats were clean,roomy and comfortable. The staff member who gave us the instructions was very informative professional and friendly.The fishing areas we explored were great. Nice scenery and lots of bird and fish life. There were a lot of different places we could go to get away up the river where you could enjoy the peace and tranquility this great place has to offer. In the afternoon, we hired the SUPS which were alot of fun. We hired 2 SUPs for $50.00 for two hours (Great value I thought)and glad we did so we could share the experience together. We finished our afternoon with lovely coffee and ice creams and sat out on the back deck to enjoy the view and watch the fish swimming underneath. Thanks guys for a very memorable experience. See you again when we return.

Apart from the great coffee the kids will love to feed the fish, quiet tranquil setting about 10 minute drive from Bella Vista B&B at North Haven. Then drive to the look out and Pilot Beach Camden haven is an undiscovered paradise SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH don't tell too many people about us

doesn't look much but try it. you'll love it. new owners are just as fab as previous. great coffee and service. good range of fishing tackle and if you have kids they'll love feeding the fish from the deck! a lazy sunday morning kind of place.

Great little coffee shop right on the water - hire boats to go fishing - great selection of lures and bait - the most amazing thing is all the fish (bream) you can feed - kids ( and grown kids also) love it - a great place to visit.

Dunbogan boatshed is simply a perfect reminder of how a great coffee in a stunningly picturesque setting is all you need to remind you that life in Australia is amazing. Feed the fish as you sip , pair your brew with a fresh baked muffin or hire a boat.Dunbogan is a beautiful riverside destination 40 km south of Port Macquarie.

We always stop here multiple times during our holidays to buy coffee, rent a tinnie and buy bait to go fishing. This place is charming and gets better everytime we visit! Even in winter the setting is lovely and relaxing - well worth visiting!

Excellent coffee and service, relaxing surrounds and able to feed the fish by buying food from the counter. Food by way of biscuits very good and able to browse for your fishing gear.

beautiful spot actually over the water. Coffee only as they arent allowed to have a kitchen. So tranquil and lovely. Dont forget to feed the fish

Hired two different boats on two different days to go fishing at Dunbogan. No license is required and it is a fantastic place for a novice to take a boat out and throw a line in. The staff a very friendly and you can get a good coffee before you set out. Definitely check out the boatshed if you are in the area and looking for a great experience.

Dunbogan Boatshed now serves coffee, tea, cakes etc. It is very relaxing sitting on a deck right on the river and the owners are very friendly. You can look down and see lots of fish and you can buy food to feed them which is wonderful entertainment for children.

The Boatshed's main purpose is to sell fishing supplies and hire boats out BUT they serve the best coffee in the area!You can sit out on their deck with a gentle breeze to cool you down while you overlook the comings and goings on the lovely Camden Haven River.Coffee is served in take away cups and there are yummy muffins available too. Kids can feed the fish too, $2 will buy you three containers of fish food, such fun! They also sell ice creams and drinks. We love it!
