This bar welcomed us in the winter with warm hospitality and great drinks!!There were not many tourists on the island but they made us feel like we belonged!Both the owner and bartender were attentive and remembered our drinks!!There is not much more we ask out of a bar and we are happy that we ran into this bar. If you are Paros, visit this bar. You will not regret it!!

I spent 2 months on Paros and kept returning to Entropy. Definitely one of my favourite bars, anywhere! Whether you're in a group or flying solo you are guaranteed a great night. Bar man Glyn is simply awesome. Put your drink/shot selection in his expert hands and you will definitely be in for a treat (Olive Inferno anyone?). Owners Scott and Lisa are fantastic. Always up for a chat, super friendly, genuinely lovely people. Can't wait to get back to Paros & Entropy!

Entropy is a great bar with a really eclectic specialty drink menu, I suggest trying the Coco Loco..mmmmmm!!!! The owners, who are there nightly, have created an atmosphere that makes you instantly feel like a local and don't be surprised if a game of Beer Pong breaks out on the tables behind you...they actually stock the "red cups" needed for an "official" game! lol We had a blast there and would highly recommend you put Entropy on your list of "must-do's" when you are in Paros!

We celebrated my friend's birthday at Entropy and enjoyed the treats from the host, an american/greek guy who runs the place with his lovely wife. They were so cool to invite us some delicious shots and even joined to celebrate the birthday. You have to try the shot that tastes like chocolate, i can't remember the name, but i will always remember the awesome taste, it had no chocolate, but it tasted like it, so cool!!! I took the Hurricane cocktail, sooooo good!!! It is better if you go with a group, since the place is small and by yourself you might or might not have the same experience. But ours was just awesome!!! Fully recommend it, and if I get the chance, I will go back!

Love this bar!! Amazing cocktails and shots (try the upside down margarita!) and your guaranteed to have a laugh with everyone in there! Lisa, Scott and Glyn are total legends and if you don't try it your missing out!

The two evenings we spent at Entropy were the highlight of our trip to Greece. The staff was very friendly and fun, the drinks were superb and the price was right. I felt like a regular after having only been there for about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Entropy to anyone who enjoys meeting new people and having an excellent cocktail or 7!

Reilly Nice bar, we loved It, Best Place We've been in paros, Came Back several times! The cocktails are really Good And you'll find shots You haven't drank anywhere else!

I feel that no matter what I write here, I still won't be able to convey the true awesomeness of the Entropy experience, nor how much it has meant to me during my various trips to the Greek Islands.Entropy is a great place in its own right, but I can't imagine it without charismatic bartender, Glyn Storms serving me an endless array of well-priced shots, cocktails, laughs and cool music; and introducing me to fascinating people. Great selection of music, fantastic drinks, and people that will make you feel at home. I spent March through June on Paros and have never had more fun than at Entropy! Whether you're looking for a casual cocktail or are seriously down to party, Entropy is the place. I'll be reliving my epic nights there until my return trip.

Fun place to hang out, welcoming, friendly place with very creative cocktails, unique drinks and shot specials. Great prices too. We met the nicest people from around the world. A late night into the morning when the sun comes up fun place. Tequila Tuesday a special memory. Can't wait to go back.

I spent in Entropy almost every night during my holidays in Paros. I was working in Paros for over two months so i had opportunity to get to know the island very good and Entropy is best place to be. You can meet amazing people there (Scott, Lisa, Glyn are simply amazing), try best margarita ever and take some shots of Tequilla on Tequilla Tuesday (my favourite day of the week). I really reccomend for everybody to check this place at least once and i can guarantee its a place you will never forget.
