Keegan,We are so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at our visitor center. If you stopped by on February 11th or 12th, our bathrooms were closed due to a power outage that was a result of the ice storm. Our regular bathroom hours are 7am until 11pm. We feel it is not safe for the bathrooms to be open when no staff is on the property and unfortunately, staffing is not available from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. We recommend you share your thoughts with the Department of Transportation who set the restroom hours.
