Went here to see Elton John and his band for the Yellow Brick Road Concert. Nice place. Very pleasant people on the doors and working inside. Very organised and while queuing the supervisors kept us up to date as to when we would be let in. Inside very nice, seating a bit tight, but where wouldn't be as they need to maximise their revenue. Parking charges really steep $25 a car! Get there early and drive around the block and the parking meters are free of charge at the weekend, after 6 weekday only if not football match as well. All in all a nice and well run venue

My husband and I attended a concert here and we're i roses with the sound system quality, and great seats we had. Large TV screens were set up around e venue so a close up view of the artist was possible from any vantage point.There are many rest rooms, one by most seating sections. Refreshment, and light meals beer, wine and soft drinks are available .

We went there to see Trans Siberian Orchestra. It was a great arena. Very comfortable seats and the staff is truly helpful and nice.

Arena football at its finest! Even though they lost, it was big fun and I screamed my fool head off. Food and drinks are fairly expensive and not what I would choose to eat, normally. Good cotton candy though!

From the sharks to the giants to the circus, you cannot go wrong with the Veterans arena. There is not a bad seat in the house and all the events are very reasonably priced. If you find an attraction that is featured at the Arena, GO!

IF you want upper cheap seats, they are great. You can see good enough, but for a couple of bucks more, your right in the action.

We went to attend a basketball game. Parking was convenient to the facility. We did not know how to enter the venue. Being that we never attended the Arena and the attendance was low, we spent quite a bit of time trying to access and enter thru the correct area.

I have decided that I will never attend any event here. They promote the Ringling brothers circus and had multiple "show" here in January, 2015. This company has been fined and has a bad reputation for abusing the animals that are forced to perform. (my friend has a photo of an individual leading the elephant into the arena with 3 bull-hooks in his hand) Come on people; open your eyes and hearts!

We traveled to Jacksonville from Tallahassee this past week to see this concert, and it was just a delight. Such a staffed, and clean facility.It looks sort of small, but it was the perfect size to make a great show. From what I saw, everyone was drinking, eating, and having one splendid time.I would definitly come back for another concert/event. Thanks Jacksonville!!

There really wasn't anything I disliked. The location was fine and the arena was clean and well staffed. The restrooms were clean as well.

A very nice arena, unfortunately it is located next to the Football stadium and minor league baseball field and for some idiotic reason only one restaurant that was mobbed. We had to eat at a concession stand at the baseball field.There are zero hotels around as well.One more reason why Jacksonville is a miserable cow town.

What an exciting place to watch football. Air conditioning, good seats, and good food vendors. I have never paid more than $10 for parking and if you go early, you can park on the street for free. A great place to take your family and make memories.

We went to an event at the arena, the first day, the parking was free and plenty of it. The second day, there was a game going on $20-$35 parking everywhere. The arena is nice inside with a lot of space.

Venue was great sat in wonderfule seats could see the stage with no problem, acoustices were very good. My wife said it was like sitting in our living room and listening to James play. There are 2 large screen tvs which display various areas of the stage during the music so you can see everything. Enjoyed it very much.

My wife and I recently saw James Taylor here and sat in section 110. One of our seats was broken on one side so we luckily had some room to move down a couple of seats. Also the legroom is pretty limited so if you are tall you're going to be uncomfortable. Otherwise, it is a good venue and parking is not a problem.
