We werent sure we had the right address but once we figured it out we were quite happy we did. The grounds are beautiful and a great story.

Very relaxing and adjacent to the Library which is an excellent place to visit also. On a sunny day, a great way to spend a few hours. Books at the library are cheap. Do yourself a favor and visit. If you are near City Place, walk over the bridge if you can.

Ann Norton was not a familiar name to us before our trip to the Palm Beaches. Turns out she did some very interesting monumental sculptures and placed them in a pleasant garden setting around the house she shared with Mr. norton...yes, that Mr. Norton.

The outside sculpture garden is outstanding and is landscaped so sculptures fit into what appears nature.

When trying to decide where to meet friends between Coral Springs and Port St. Lucie, we decided on West Palm Beach. Looking through local attractions, came upon the Ann Norton Sculpture Garden, and I'm so glad we did. Two acres of gorgeous gardens, with the most unusual and varied species of palm trees. Ann Norton's sculptures are scattered throughout the gardens (if you can actually "scatter" large brick or granite pieces), and are interesting. But, the real attraction was the visiting sculpture exhibit by Jerzy Kedziora (through February). A wonderful way to spend a coupe of hours, followed by brunch at Table 26 on South Dixie Highway.

Fantastic place to spend an afternoon. Lovely sculpture and tranquil. Gravel paths a little hard to navigate with a wheelchair.

Off the beaten path - But a beautiful location. Plan to spend some time in the garden-so choose a good weather day. The high wire sculpture are impressive, the gardens- especially the palm trees with the view of the intra-coastal waterway are great.

We liked this house and garden very much. Apart from Ann Norton's impressive sculptures there is usually an interesting exhibition of another artist. We have already been twice and hope to return next time we are in West Palm Beach.

The museum is an old house in the neighborhood. Surprisingly, the gardens are big enough to spend and hour plus there. We were fortunate to see not only Ann's sculptures, but a polish artist works that were balancing in the air! Would visit again depending on the visiting artists works.

The grounds are impressive because of the 300 species of palms. 'One of the largest publicly held collections.', however none are identified on the map provided. The grounds are impressive because they are dotted with high wire sculptures, which again are not marked on the map provided. The artist's studio is interesting... but there is a major leak in the roof which is damaging a beautiful cedar art piece and a plaster maquette which sit right under the leak. Grounds require a bit of work to make them more serviceable to all visitors. We were not allowed to walk through the house as a new art install was taking place but we're still required to pay the full entrance fee.Overall enjoyed the quiet contemplation which can be had in this garden.

We just returned from visiting this large house and sculpture gardens on the Intercoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach. It is located in the nice old residential area of El Cid, and from the street you could never guess how far back the property goes--1.7 acres in all. The artist worked an lived here during the 40's and onward. Her works are large and abstract, mostly made from bricks or granite, and not particularly suited to my taste. There are always exhibits of other artists' works, and I found these to be much more interesting. The two artists whose works are now being shown are a living female artist of painted collages containing lots of "found" materials--what some would call junk. They are rather whimsically arranged and both humorous and historical. The other artist is a living Polish man who makes sculptures that literally balance on wires, like tight rope walkers. Totally unique. We spent about 1.5 hours here and I would recommend it to anyone interested in art. Check with their office or online to learn which artists may be exhibiting at any particular time. We were helped quite a bit in our understanding of what we were seeing by interpretations and historical anecdotes about the artists given by the assistant curator and another very knowledgeable lady employee who were more than happy to take us around and comment on the various pieces, many of which are being offered for sale.

My honey and I stopped in to enjoy the Annual Festival Of Trees and it was such a lovely experience. The sculpture gardens are alwyas enjoyable, especially during the holidays. The trees this year were decorated according to various states, with about 25 states being represented. Plus, they have a laser light show, perfectly choreographed with music and this year, on top of the trees, they have whimsical sculptures hanging above, appearing to walk on a tightrope and we and many of the other patrons were all curious as to how they were being stabilized. All in all, ANSG is a must see and do when visiting Palm Beach County! Throughout the year, there is always something going on.

The scupture garden is located in an historical neighborhood in West Palm Beach. It is at the end of the street that abuts the intercoastal waterway - The entrance is through what was the home of sculptor Ann Norton. A guide gives you some history of Ann and her sculptures then you are off on your own to explore. It is amazing what is hidden throughout the paths. The sculptures are quite large and you can visit her studio. We were there when they were setting up for the Christmas tree exhibit and the trees in the studio were fantastic decorated with reproductions of her art work and mini sculptures. Unfortunetly, we are from out of town and unable to view the trees when totally decorated throughout the gardens . This is a great way to spend an hour or so when it's too cool to go to the beach !

We never miss the themed Christmas Tree Exhibit every December. The garden is lovely and offers an art inspired respite.

Very modern in feeling for the most part with a Japanese area. Very worthwhile. Here is a lovely tea house and they sometimes have programs held with a lovely tea service. I would go back.
