This is a great spot not only to pick up your potting and planting needs, but even to have lunch (bring your own!) Wonderful setting.

I had visited before and was thrilled by the variety of daylilies. February isn't the best month to visit , but the staff was lovely.

It was worth the drive to locate this nursery. Many plants are naturalized with paths to meander and enjoy. I hope to return when the daylilies are blooming and take home some varieties to plant in my own garden.

Nothing really to dislike. Tons of beautiful plants. Very nice vendors during the season and a nice alternative from the wineries.

If you are a plant person, the Amador Flower Farm is worth the short drive into the country from the town of Plymouth. There are demonstration gardens, potted plants, a "babbling stream" running through the center of the property, picnic tables and a gift shop with garden related tools/ items, tchotchkes and seasonal related items. We usually find something worth buying. The staff is informed and friendly and on our recent trip offered hot cider and cookies to customers. It is on the way to wineries of the region, but is worth the drive itself.
