我不知道玩老虎机还要有游戏卡才能玩!我没有卡,而且也不会花时间去玩。不过这里的自助餐是众所周知的好。肋骨的肉很多。就美食而言,这里物超所值。

我去过好几家赌场,这家是目前最差的。人们说运气再差都有转运的时候,但是这里不是;这儿的机器把你的钱骗走了,却没有任何回报。

不要因为那些留下差评的人而打消来这里的念头,要知道他们是因为输光了钱才留差评的,不会每次都能赚钱的,这也才是赌博嘛。我们从维吉尼亚州的里士满开了七个小时的车到这里,我不是很懂赌场,不过这个地方真的很不错,花费和我去过的其他赌场也差不多。赌场本身很有拉斯维加斯的赌场风格,非常干净。我们没输也没赚,不过也没什么,因为我们在这里玩的很开心,员工也很友善。我已经计划要再来这里了。

我上一次来这儿的时候这里竟然还在施工的时候就开业了,这让我感到惊讶。那是一年多之前了,虽然现在还有标识表明还在进行一些整修,包括赌场中间,但是已经好多了。赌桌上已经有了或者很快就会有“活的”发牌人(并不是说以前的发牌人是死的,而是说以前的是机器发牌。)谢天谢地的是,现在的老虎机旁已经有二楼禁烟区,但是还是和吸烟区在同一个房间了(他们究竟怎么考虑的,甚至没有任何通风设备,或者在最后一排吸烟区和第一排禁烟区之间都没有额外的空间)。我还是不觉得这里有酒店或者赌场的"va va voom",入口一点都不令人激动或者戏剧性。周围很少有绿色植物(难道是烟味把所有的植物都弄死了?)我没有在酒店住过,所以无法评价。洗手间都很干净。自助餐种类很多,但是不是太咸就是没味道。我觉得不值25美元,还不如在布里奥餐厅吃,或者,吃茹丝葵牛排。服务生邦妮很可爱甜美,而且效率很高,但是餐厅的入口杂乱无序。有一条线是VIP客户专用,还有条先是其他一些指定的顾客专用,但是没有提示我们这些“其他人”应该从哪儿进。他们会给你一张票,然后让你走三步去找老板。你吧票给老板,然后他会回到你刚进来的地方,然后给你安排座位,然后带你到座位上去。25年来一直热情好客,他们需要给客人提供更流畅的服务!

这个赌场超级大!超级多人并且非常喧嚣!不过这的店员非常热情友善!这的钻石大厅非常给力!可以吃到非常精致的小食品。这的食物和服务都非常给力!不过上菜速度稍微有点儿小慢。我很满意这次体验,还会再来的!

LIKES: I liked the variety of slots! I also like the many different areas within the casino itself...it's huge!! We had a lot of fun and actually came home with more money than we took to Harrah's at Cherokee!! DISLIKE: My biggest complaint is that the customer is charged for too many things...the cocktail waitress takes your order for drinks, but then you have to pay for your drinks even if you are playing slots all the time. There are too few attendants...it takes a long, long time when you need or request service at your machine. This casino rewards fewer comps than any one I have ever visited...and I have been to a lot!! No free buffet or any meal. I played continuously for 2 days and was rewarded comp of only $9.00 to spend any way I wanted to within the Resort!!! LOL

We went to this casino earlier this week, and found it to be very enjoyable. There was a nice selection of table games and slot machines, and the staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give them a '5' was because they only had one $5 blackjack table, and most of the people that wanted to play had to wait between an hour and a half and two hours. With that many people waiting, they probably should have opened up a second table. Other tnan that, a very nice casino, and we would go again.

Great place to go and relax. Friendly staff and great rooms. I love the rooms. The only problem is that it's real hard to get one. They stay full.

It was my birthday weekend. Birthday was 4 March. I won $5,000 on a 3 card poker table within the frist 3 hours I was here. So that made for a great weekend. I did not have to spend my money that weekend.

Hugh Casino. Lots of choices for entertainment. Right in the hotel which made it convenient Would loved to have stayed at the hotel but the rooms seems to be booked for some time.

Mississippi Stud is my favorite game and I waited 6 hours to get on a table.There was a table not being used, but the gaming supervisor would not open table. People where standing around Ms. Stud tables waiting to play. There was a 4 card poker table empty. Out of curiosity, I asked the dealer if she knew how to deal Ms. Stud. She did. I asked her why they wouldn't open the Ms. Stud table that wasn't being used. She was nice with the reply "I really don't know.".

I visited this casino not expecting much since reviews weren't especially great, however I not only had a blast. I won nearly $1000 and often bet only 50, 60 or 75 cents depending on the machine's denomination. I don't know, maybe they loosen them up a bit after complaints, but I was winning on nearly every machine and at one point, had a ticket over $1400 and kept playing and cashed out right at $1200 and stopped; I was infor about $200. No, not a lot of money, but I played for many hours and left a winner and any win at a casino is great!! The food wasn't bad either and not really expensive for a casino. I would definitely recommend. :)

Quick trip - a good thing. My money went fast in the slots and on the Roulette table. I did enjoy the new electronic Roulette where you could sit at an electronic screen and play anywhere else in the casino. That was pretty cool. The slots were fun but not very loose. Minimum table limit on black jack was $10 and just wasn't ready to start at that level.

Casino slots are in poor condition and customer service (on casino floor) was terrible. 2 slots at bar had broken &/or non working buttons, another ate voucher, had to wait 45 minutes to get attendant to fix problem. Seems crazy, I can't gamble while I wait for service. Apparently are understaffed.Hotel great, clean and comfortable, Brio always a fine experience. Love the friendly staff. Be prepared for lots of walking if staying at the hotel.
