If the only time you've been in a baseball park is the major league fields, you need to take in the Durham Bulls Park. This baseball park allows you to truly experience baseball - close to the field, corny events between innings, great food and beverages, inexpensive tickets. Arrive early or stay late and enjoy the dozens of shops and restaurants surrounding the ball park. Just about every type of food is available.

Anywhere you sit you get a great view. The park has a family friendly, small town feel to while being in downtown Durham. Prices are good for seats and food. Plenty of parking and restaurants to walk to before or after a game. Great field and team.

New updates and remodeling with easy in and out access with so many choices of restaurants nearby if the food court is not enough for you. A vet casual atmosphere with people just enjoying hanging out and rooting for their team.

Great for UK visitors. Plenty of food and drink available friendly atmosphere in the park.Nearby bars and food available in a tobacco warehouse complex tastefully modernised.

Great, modern park. AAA ball but totally enjoyable. We got tickets on Stubhub and sat right behind home plate. Picture with Wooly Bull (mascot) makes it so special. Fun times, worth the trip. Downtown Durham is alive. It's a foodie town believe it or not.

Love this ballpark. If you are not into baseball, it is still a lot of fun. The staff is entertaining with interesting events between innings! Wool-E-Bull is the best mascot in all of baseball.food vendors at park but also great eateries in walking distance in the revitalized Tobacco District

Best minor league stadium around, a great area, resturants, hotels for some awesome baseball and family time!

Great ballpark. FYI, it might seem a little familiar on first visit, as the company that built the park used it as a trial run for their next project; Camden Yards. No. it's not the same, but it's not shabby (as Delmon, BJ, etc said in USA Today years go...). The area has really taken off in the last 10 years due to the revitalization of the American Tobacco warehouses right next to the stadium, the following construction of the DPAC (Durham Performing Arts Center) a short walk past left center. This would be beyond the building housing the Tobacco Road restaurant and bar - whose porch sits right above the left field wall. If you eat out here during a game, beware! Check out how damaged the roof is from all of the home runs! My only complaint is that you can't get a barbecue sandwich in the stadium anymore. Don't know if that's due to the BBQ restaurant that opened in 2014 down the left field line, just outside the stadium gates. BUt, there's always pizza and burritos. <<rolls eyes>>. To be clear about the ambience, this is a FAMILY stadium; LOTS of kids, lots of kids' teams, leagues etc during the summer, and it is reflected in the inning-break entertainment on-field; sumo wrestling, kids catching launched plush toys, plush-toy toss... etc. In 10+ years I don't think I've seen any drunken shenanigans, and given the long-standing chill/family vibe... I don't think it would be tolerated by the crowd, let alone the staff and police onsite. If you feel the need for more adult surroundings, there's Tobacco Road, Mellow Mushroom, Cuban Revolution, and a large bar right at the bottom of the parking deck.**A lot of people don't know that every summer, Team USA, the amateur National Team for international league play and the Olympics that is based in Cary, NC plays a few games at the DBAP against foreign National teams. in 2015, Team USA will be hosting CUBA! Recent Team USA team members included: Carlos Rodon, Kris Bryant, Kyle Schwarber, DJ Peterson, Mark Appel, Kevin Gausman, Jackie Bradley Jr, Gerrit Cole, Sonny Gray, Brad Miller, George Springer, Trevor Bauer, etc

The ballpark is great for families, couples, or groups of friends. Excellent value at less than $10 per ticket, and lots of food and bar options inside. That being said, if you are careful about what you eat, they don't have a lot to offer. I miss having Moe's as a vendor, but someday I hope they'll have a few other healthy food options.

Great venue for a ball game, beautifully designed. Terrific for a family outing, tickets are very reasonable as is the cost of food.

The Durham Bulls Athletic Park is top notch! You feel as if you are at a truly professional venue. The seats are super, concessions great. The area around the ballpark is full of first class restaurants and venues. Highly recommend for great entertainment!

Terrific urban ballpark with loads of attractions around it. Great for family or business events, and of course, people watching. Truly beautiful architecture and neighborhood.

I mean literally everyone! Kids, college students, couples, business outings, the Durham Bulls is the perfect day or night out. There are tons of options for food and drink, and even a craft beer kiosk or two. Sometimes there are food trucks outside the park for even more options. There isn't a bad seat in the whole park, but outfield seem to always have the most fun - just remember to wear a hat and plenty of sun block! Wool E Bull is a treasure and does a great job keeping everyone entertained between innings. On Friday nights there are fireworks after the game. Instead of going I to the ball park you can get a table at American Tobacco pub, on the patio and watch the game from there but get there early or forget about getting a table! The ball park is right in the middle of downtown, and right next to the performing arts center. There are so many options for pre or post game food and drinks, just walk around and you will find somewhere to suit you. Definitely go!

This ball park was made famous by the movie Bull Durham starring Kevin Costner. I love the Bull mascot in the outfield with the red glowing eyes! Great uniforms and atmosphere. Family friendly and affordable on the wallet. Enjoy!

I love minor league ballparks, even though I'm not a big fan of baseball. Durham Bulls' park has ample parking garages nearby, ambiance galore, and a big park feel in a minor league venue. Every seat has good views and there are enough different kinds of beer to keep any game interesting. Plus, lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance for either before or after the game.
