My family & I have gone numerous times & have enjoyed it immensely. Both adult & kid activities were well done & reasonably priced. I look forward to doing more in the future & recommend it to anyone looking for something different close to home

My family and I have enjoyed several of the Art Center's program offerings over the last 2 years from music performances, plays, original art exhibits, painting and soap making classes, craft displays and jam sessions - the Arts Center shines as an excellent community focal point ratcheting up further the revitalization of the downtown area. The former 1890's constructed church, converted now to various galleries, performance hall and instructional spaces - is symbolic of the restoration and creative reimaging of the towns resources. It has been a unifying addition to a comprehensive effort to increase the quality of life in Tamaqua. Open to the public, this venue has come into its own as a local favorite and destination for visitors, guest and tourists. Nice for a quiet weekday stroll thru the galleries or rowdy Friday night of music, laughter, friends and entertainment!

I've attended a variety of shows from concerts, to theatre and attended art classes. Events are run by volunteers, programs have been top quality and I've been impressed by the low cost of all the events. All ages can enjoy something at the Tamaqua Community Art Center. Proud to have it in my hometown and encourage others to visit.
