Once a year in January we attend a convention here. The weather is almost always undesirable when we are there. If you stay at either the Hilton or the Marriott Courtyard, you can walk to the convention center and not get too cold or wet. Parking can be a problem if you drive to the convention center each day, at least with our large group, the parking lot is crowded. The convention center itself is nice and has some ongoing renovations. It is the best convention center I have been to in Texas as far as convenience and ease for exhibitors.

The facility is a great spot for a convention or trade show; however, the chairs in the meeting hall had to be the worst chairs known to mankind. Our sessions lasted all day and in to the evenings and by days end my back was killing me.

Great facility. Catering service for the SWAT convention was very good. Some of the convention rooms were too cold.

Our group had the entire place for almost a week and their staff was excellent. A/C worked well in all rooms, sound systems were good in the banquet rooms, could have been a little better in the back of the main room when people get to moving around. I lost my phone and staff was so good in helping me hunt. Food was good at the meal events. Lots of public parking around the building making it easy to get into the building and feel safe leaving late at night.

I was at a convention and this place was more than big enough for our group which numbered about 200. We shared the space with the Predators and Wild Hog Convention, which was kind of bizarre. The break out rooms were nice and were well stocked with chairs and equipment. There was only a push cart available in the lobby with any kind of drinks or snacks available. The place is convenient and has large parking lots. It adjoins the Hilton Waco Hotel which makes staying there more convenient for conventioneers.

This building is very dated. It has been well maintained but certainly could use some updates. Your only food option was one cart and when they ran out that was it! Went for a large student event and ended up buying a cooler to put our own snacks in after the food cart ran out.

The convention center is clean and modern enough, the rooms used for seminars are absolutely freezing. The escalator up was broken all weekend. Food area is not run efficiently. Staff or security tended to congregate in corners and it was a little disconcerning to say the least. I don't recommend walking around alone.

Great space, great staff, bathrooms are large and updated. Overall a clean facility with modern touches and lots of space. We fit over 2,500 here, but there are also spaces for small parties, too.

Plenty or room, comfortable, plenty to see outside. It was easy to find, beautiful surroundings. Take your camera! Everything within walking distance. we especially liked the suspension bridge, the outdoor sculpture is awesome. The ceremony was very satisfying, organized, and a fitting end to two years of hard work. My son graduated with honors and is packing. The guest speaker was great! Be aware, the parking is lacking.

Staff is friendly and helpful, building is open and airy with lots of natural light in the common areas. Air conditioning works almost too well.

This was a convention of square dancers from all over. Lots of Clubs were represented,ours included Athens Pea Pickers / Single Peas, From Athens,Texas. A great time was had by all, Lots of laughter,hugs and fellowship.

We had a catered meal at the WCC because there was not room in the Hilton for a party of this size. No problems. It is right by the HIlton so we were able to walk to the event.

Awesome building. Perfect for our needs. Impressive, but not over the top and charges reasonable rates.

There is not enough parking for the size of the venue. It is inconvenient to park on the street several blocks away.

Attended a sit-down, catered dinner here. Very nice facility. Plenty of room for dinner for about 300+ people without being cramped. Food was very good. Staff very accommodating.
