Selway Falls is a must see. It is worth the drive and the wonderful scenery. Best time to see it is in the spring at high water. We drive up to once a year because it is so wonderful

The falls are a must see when you are in the area. They were spectacular at low water and we look forward to a return trip when the water it high.

The "falls" are not a huge deal but the scenery on the drive up were gorgeous. Watching the kayakers and rafters go down the river was fun, too.

especially in the late spring. Not as spectacular as the magnificent Palouse River Falls but still an experience I greatly appreciated having.

20 mile drive along Selway river to the falls...rafting,fishing available in the area. Ranger station short distance from 3 rivers with excellent info about the wilderness area.

The falls are about 20 miles on a dirt road but were well worth the drive. Once there we hiked for several miles and played in the river with enough movement to be fun and yet peaceful.

Selway is a nice drive up the lower Selway from Three Rivers Resort. The rangers there are available to answer all questions about the surrounding Bitteroot mountain range and rivers.

Selway Falls is such a great place to visit if you are around HWY 12, Kooskia or Lowell. It will take roughly an hour to get there from Lowell and an hour back, but the wait is well worth it. On your way back you can catch dinner adn drinks at Three Rivers Resort before you head back home. Or you can just stay the night at Three Rivers Resort and head back home the next day. Either way, Selway Falls is a great getaway from everything. No cell phone coverage, so you will not be bothered by anyone.
