high rollers family fun center

I used to frequent this place 20 years ago when I was a child and it was good fun....BUT it has gone downhill ALOT since then. Our recent visit was greeted by old, dirty skates, pricey disgusting stale food, and a roller rink in need of some serious repair/refinishing. The carpets are stained and the whole place smells like an old bowling alley meets a truck stop. We asked a for a refund and took our cash to Walmart. lol.

My daughter recenlty had her party here and I am upset to say it was not a nice day. I arrived at 1245 ( 15 minutes early) to make sure we could be all set up and speak with someone about the party. When i walked in another party mom was waiting. The owner came out and started talking to me to see what party I was there for, then began to cut me off and started talking to the other party mom. After being excused from the conversation once already, we clarified the party and that i needed 2 extra pizza's for the adults that will be attening the party. Owner confirmed, so my party group went and got skates and enjoyed a little bit of skating. at 220 be were announced to be brought into the room. My party moved into the bday party room. After waiting for 20 minutes all the kids received thier food, except for my daughter ( mind you she should have been first). I had to keep reminding the kitchen staff of what was missing and what i ordered was still not in the party room. ( mind you, you only get 30 minutes to eat and do cake and presents.) Then 20 minutes later the first adult pizza came in. I was told that 2 pizzas would be sufficent enough to feed 18 adults. The pizza that came out was undercooked and still doughy and very small. So I let it go, then 25 minutes later the kids were getting antsy and the second pizza was still not ready so i made my point to go to the snack bar and let them know that I will no longer want the pizza. they have had over 2 hours to get it ready and the kitchen staff said that their pizza maker " is a piece of crap" which is no excuse. So i went back into the party room to do cake and my "party planner" was not in the room at all during the party so once again i had to run to the kitchen to ask for a knife to cut the cake. Cake was the best part of the party. The owner came in and said to not rush seeing as nothing for our party was ontime or ready. by the end of the "birthday room experience" we were ready to leave with our disspointment. We let the kids skate a little more and then the party ended. everyone left the building and i was waiting to check out to pay for the bill. The owner sat and talked to a lady 25 minutes before attemting to cash me out. by this point i was heated. I said to the owner was my daughter not suppose to get a picture with her group and she goes oh they did take you picture. (my husband looked at me knowing they did not take a picture and almost calling us liars). she went and got the DJ to review the camera and he says ( i am so very sorry i forgot to take the picture it was my fault but i can take a picture of you and your husband and daughter). so we took a picture so my daughter can have a memory of her 3rd birthday party. we went back over to the manager and she said i am sorry for the service but your guests looked like they had a good time so thats what matters. Then she said she would take off the skate helper rental x2 with is 8 dollars ( big whoop) and 1 adult skate. so she took off 16 dollars total which left me with paying 150 ( WOW the regular price). how generous to take off 16 dollars when the whole party was embarassing to not only my guests but to us as we paid so much for crap. alls i can say is never again!
