This place is great. The staff is wonderful with the children and offer so much. What a learning experience for all. The owner is so knowledgeable and always willing to teach about his animals. This place is so clean and it is hands on friendly!!

Wow...this place was great! Especially for older folks and younger children. We took my 4 year old grandson and it was just big enough to hold his interest before he tired out. Its all flat terrain but a little hilly (very small slopes) But if you have trouble walking or tire easily this park is easy to get around and its small enough so the elder people wont be exhausted when your done. No benches however to sit on which would be nice. You can feed all of the animals in the park. It is so nice to get close to all of these animals...all the kids seemed to love it. We loved it. You buy food containers when you enter the park and can refill them as needed. It wasnt that much for the food either and you get a lot. The parks not that big so its not to hard to go back to main entrance to buy snacks or souveniers or more food for the animals. I highly recommend checking this park out. Like I said, its so great for the kids to get that close to all of these animals and they put on shows throughout the day. We seen a talk on the turtles and they let the kids feed them. They also did other shows while we were there. Its well, well worth going.

Had a great time with my neice and nephew at Animal Adventure. The prices are a bit high but the interactions were second to none. The staff that worked the interactive parts were so kind and patient. Even with my neice with autism who takes longer to become adjusted adjusted new places and activities. Thank you Animal Adventure for your thoughtfulness and for your amazing face painter!

This place made a really nice day trip. Two adults and a teen (us) had as much fun as the little kids that were visiting the park. The cougar kitten was adorable and frisky. Such a beautiful boy! The goats were a riot. A little baby black and white goat named "Kiki" escaped his fence and followed us around. Which we didn't mind at all. He was a little sweet heart. All the animals looked well cared for and everything was very clean. I plan to visit again soon and take an elderly relative, to enjoy the park.

Clean, well planned layout! Lots of animals to pet and feed! Photo ops galore!! All the " petting animals" are very friendly!! $7 to enter and $3 for feed. Very reasonable priced! No signs on the roads to follow but easy to get to with a GPS!!! A must see, especially with children!!

This is the most wonderful family friendly zoo I have ever gone to. I have never seen such clean animal enclosures. It is an asset to our community ( I live nearby). All I hear is praise for the young owner and his zoo. They have many programs for children. Any negative comments, I feel, are unfounded. It is worth it to go. You and your kids will love it.

The young man that opened this animal park has done a fabulous job. He is very knowledgable in all the animals he has. He had a special gathering for the children to learn about tortoises and handed them a large leaf of lettuce so they could feed them. It is well laid out with an easy gravel walking path. The park is surrounded by beautiful trees. My five year old granddaughter rode the pony they have. With our admission deal we got free cups of food and were able to feed many animals. I give this "zoo" two thumbs up. Kudos to the owner.

We really enjoyed seeing the animals up close. We went earlier in the morning around opening time, I think that was a good time to go because the animals get fed so many treats. The staff were friendly and the owner was very involved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon here(abt 2hrs). There are no signs directing traffic to it.(current zoning regulations) So, put the address in your GPS to easily find it. Or if you know the area, take the Martin Hill Rd exit off 88(don't go towards Belden Hill golf course) and head about 3 miles through the hills and farms til you see the high fences surrounding the zoo. Animals looked very well taken care of and eager to meet with visitors. Teens loved interacting and feeding the animals-horses, camels, alpaca, goats, donkey, etc(1 cup/$3-and you keep the cup as a souvenir). They have a good variety of animals from cougar and wolves, to camels and horses. The staff was very nice, informative and loved the animals. Bring a picnic or buy food there-plenty of picnic tables. This could grow into the area's Catskill Game Farm... currently a giraffe pen is being built.

Its clean, affordable for a large family, the animals appear to be well cared for and happy, the staff is friendly and provide educational value. There are a wide variety of animals. The exhibits are safe for animals and visitors. I would say it took us about 2 hours to go threw park. Cant wait to visit again :)

I have been a horse owner, trainer, horse business owner, and educator for many many years and have owned and raised many goats, burros, and other animals and most of my animals have been rescues, in fact, my primary horse was a rescue due to the prior owner starving and neglecting her so I am incredibly sensitive to any allegations and I have no problem confronting and reporting abuse. I can say, in fact state my reputation on it, that Animal Adventures cares for their animals exceptionally well and I have never seen any one of those animals appearing to be neglected or starved. This reviewer, "Rocky C." obviously is not aware that with the, especially, exotics on the farm are under Federal and State Regulations and oversight and Animal Adventures would be under stiff penalties for any hint of neglect. The pens are very well kept, food and water is always accessible according to specific animal requirements, and the owner is very conscious of the fact that each animal and breed has specific needs. As for the Zorse? Yes a Zorse is a "man made" animal such as are many wolves (crossbreeds of wolves and domestic dogs gone feral or domestic crossbreds), horses (for example my primary mare is an American Quarter horse with thoroughbred breeding), mules are crossbreed of horses and burros, goats are often crossbred I owned two goats that were cross Sanaan/Nubian/ and Sanaan/LaMancha. Let's not forget about how many variety of dogs that are crossbred, "LabraDoodles" for one, so to discredit someone for owning a Zorse is silly, they've been crossbred for years. Let me stress that when Animal Adventures was just in the planning phase there was much debate locally as to whether or not it should be opened and for the safety of those who reside in the surrounding areas, and a lot of governmental scrutiny, there was very little discussion on the owners knowledge or ability to handle the task he was undertaking, in fact, the community had nothing but praise except for one individual who spoke out of turn because of a conflict of interest and bad feelings and her allegations were proven to be unfounded. I often wonder why someone would attempt to discredit a business after they have been affiliated with it positively for as long as it's been existence and have known the owner for years prior, and when all of the other reviews are incredibly positive therefore one must consider the posters motivation for writing such a negative review. If you are in doubt of the facility and the integrity of the owner all I ask is that you see for yourself, you absolutely will not be disappointed.

What an enjoyable time at Animal Adventure Park! The parking was great and the barn looked very nice upon arrival. The grounds were clean and kept very nice. Once you pay which was reasonable, you go to into an open area and loop around looking at the nice display of animals. The website lists the types of animals they have. You can buy food to feed the animals with when you pay and it is worth doing because feeding the animals makes most of the experience! I highly recommend doing it! My kids and myself were hesitant at first but we warmed up to the idea and actually had a blast feeding the hungry animals. They have such a great selection of friendly animals that the kids loved feeding all of them! They have a camel, llama, zebra, kangaroos, wolves, sheep, alpaca, donkeys, pigs, reindeer, emu, ostrich, etc. My children were amazed at all of the different kinds of animals they could get up close to. They had a camel feeding at noon where the kids got a chance to feed carrots to the camel one by one! How cool is that! While the park is just in its beginnings there was enough to do to keep busy for a little over an hour. Jordan has a nice start to something that will grow into something incredibly amazing! Keep up the great work! This hands down beats the Binghamton Zoo! Personally, the Binghamton Zoo should start taking notes from Jordan! He is doing it right. I would come here over the zoo any day. My family had a very enjoyable time and I would come back in a heart beat! This is something I would take the kids to every month. And it is great for meeting up with others for playdates. The kids can bond feeding the animals. I would pack a lunch if you want to stay and eat. They have a small cafe and 2 picnic tables to eat. So be prepared with your own food and blankets in case the selection of food is minimal for you and the tables are occupied.
