There are limited dining options in the national resort, and Harrington's is one of the three bars in the that serve food. The bar serves the usual range of pasta, burgers and meat entrees you would expect. Service is good, if a little slow at times. The bar has a wide selection of craft beers to choose from.

I came here while on a business trip. The wait staff was friendly attentive and understanding as all of us business travelers visited at tables. I was amazed to find waitstaff that was understanding of our needs. She quickly took our drink order and give us extra time as my coworker was talking to people at another table. She was very understanding as other people join us at our table. She had everything timed perfectly and worked with our ever-changing conditions. I've been in some upscale restaurants I could learn the concept of waitstaff like I've seen here. The corn beef in the Reuben sandwich that I got was impeccable I don't think I've ever eaten corn beef that good before. The menus a little bit limited but what do you want for a pub style restaurant. Plenty of beers on tap to satisfy any travelers need. The Decour made you feel like you're in an English pub. If I find myself down here in national harbor I will definitely come back to Harrington's pub. My coworker and I myself found ourselves trying to find the manager, who stepped out for a moment to complement our server on such a great experience. That was the only disappointment we had in our experience because our waitress definitely needed praise for the great job she did.

Let me start by saying that today, when we were here, it was 95 degrees outside. It felt like a 100 with the humidity. They had the front doors wide open so it felt very muggy and gross inside. Now if that had been the worst thing I still would have given this place a decent review. The food was pretty good, the place was clean (well I guess sort of), and the staff was attentive. Sadly though that wasn't the worst thing. The flies were and boy were they awful. There were flies all over the place! I've never seen anything like it in a restaurant! I expect this sort of thing from a barn. Just scores of flies buzzing all over the place trying to land on the food and just being gross. Between the muggy feeling and the flies it was just not a good experience.

My husband and I went to see ICE on Christmas day. Not realizing many others had the same idea, we were told the next availability for the ICE tour was in an hour and a half, so we went to Harrington's Pub & Kitchen to kill some time. Just happened to be Happy hour! My husband got a beer for $3, I got a glass of very good Chardonnay for $8 (not part of happy hour). Our waitor reccommended the Tavern Pretzels for $5 which were very good. Three large soft pretzels accompanied by a hot five cheese dipping sauce. He also suggested the chicken wings 8 for $8 and said the Old Bay flavor was his favorite. The chicken wings were large and delicious. He did great suggested these two items, tasty and filling at good prices. Will definitely return.
