Was no impressed with the Baths, but LOVED meandering through Devil's Cave and the beach is beautiful. Water was a stunning blue and there was good snorkeling up against the rocks. There was a small 600 passenger cruise ship there when we visited but it still wasn't overly crowded and cleared out by 11. Sounds like it can get crazy busy though so plan to go early or show-up after 2 if you prefer more solitude.

The beach on the other side of the boulders is beautiful, a bit small. Lots of climbing through and over and under rocks, so not for those with bad backs/weak knees. The people we met who went through said it was fantastic fun!!

This is a great spot. Walked here thru the Baths. I feel like it's my own private beach each time I come here. Kids will love the 'Washing Machine' - where waves wash up around some of the rocks on the right side.

You can walk here from The Baths, and there are very few people here. Lots of boulders too, but not really any caves or pools.

wonderful beach, and a great treat after crawling through narrow passages to get there. Just sorry so many people were there this time. They have added mooring balls just outside the swimming area, so it's a little too convenient for other people to visit.

Great spot to hang out and sunbathe or swim and snorkel after climbing through the rock formations. You can also continue down other trails and rock climb (carefully!!) for amazing vistas and quiet solitude away from the crowds.

This is a fun place to play in the water, which is very clear. The hike from The Baths to Devil's Bay is challenging in terms of climbing in and around the rocks and walking through the water.

I guess I consider this beach as part of The Baths because we always walk the cool trail that weaves in and out to this beach. Gorgeous water and white sand, fun little currents and shore wash. The trail over from the baths is part of the fun and interest of the whole place but it can get crowded and it might be challenging for some injured or physically limited people. You have to go up a few small ladders and duck as you walk through a little tunnel - nothing difficult but if you have an injury or are limited in some way just a note ...Also, read my review on "The Baths" - if you are not comfortable in the water and/or can't swim ... if you are coming in from a boat that is out on a mooring ball, you cannot take a dingy all the way to shore. You have to leave your dingy about 50 yards (?) off shore and swim in.

We took advice from our crew and walked down to Devils Bay first instead of the Baths. Go early and avoid the cruise ship crowd. A waterproof bag and water shoes would be the best

Beautiful, but there was a cruise ship in Tortola, with a whole ferry full of extra vacationers, as well as the usual folks dropping in from their yachts and catamarans. Nice clean water, but just a little too crowded for my taste.

You can get to this beach from the Baths via the very interesting trail between the two or you can park nearby and give the trail a miss. It would be a shame because the trail is excellent. The beach is a lovely crescent shape and a nice place to relax for a while. Can't comment on the swimming and snorkelling as I didn't partake, but it looked good. In my opinion the beach itself is nicer than the one at the baths and the fact that it's unspoilt (no bar etc) may mean it is a little less touristy.

Unbelievable place for a swim. Some nice snorkeling along the rocks as well. Crystal clear water, stunning location. Paired with a visit to the Baths.

Accessible through the Baths - this is one of the best beaches in the BVI. Crystal clear water, white sands, beautiful scenery. It's remote and therefore no frills or amenities.

We enjoyed the Baths but it was crowded and a bit strenuous of a hike. Devil's Bay had some rough surf the day we were there. I did see lots of fishes, and purple sea fans. The boats were coming a bit close and the reef looked like it. Still worth the trip.

After making the fun and adventurous trek through the caves, you will arrive at this gorgeous little bay. A true, hidden gem on Virgin Gorda. Worth making the trip, every time!
