I had a guided tour in German which was very interesting though I did not understand everything! Some of the pieces are beautiful and are from Asia as well as Europe. The guide explains about the techniques of preparation. There are 3 floors. The basement looked to be in renovation when I was there so it could possibly be even better when its fully open. I would suggest a visit to this over the Picasso museum

I can't even tell you how I found out about this Museum. Maybe on the Munster Marketing website. I am so happy I did. What a pleasant surprise. I spent two hours here. Listening to a guided tour in English on a personal iPod & earphone device. I have a new appreciation of lacquer art. The staff were very helpful. They tried very hard with me speaking no German. A must see.

Наверное этот музей понравится "рукодельникам", людям с творческими наклонностями. Мне было скучновато. Лучше, с моей точки зрения, потратить это время на прогулку по улицам города.

Очень интересная экспозиция небольшого музея, находится рядом с ЖД вокзалом. музей поддерживается концерном BASF.Думаю особенно интересно тем кто любит делать что то своими руками, много экспонатов из Азии

Normalerweise geht man nur daran vorbei, aber ein Blick hinein lohnt auch: Ist sehr interessant wegen der Exponate aus dem 18./19. Jh. und der asiatischen Exponate - weiß nur nicht, ob die immer da sind.

hier moet je interesse naar uitgaan, wil dit museum je aandacht blijven vasthouden; schitterend lakwerk, oud Chinees en Japans, valt er te bewonderen en de tijdelijke expositie met modern werk was mooi, maar voor de niet-geïnteresseerde is het algauw veel van hetzelfde.
