Located in the 3rd Bucharest Department, quite far from Downtown, Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park is now in a high competition for the first place as entertainment and relaxation place in the Capital City. I use to spend time with family, friends, or just with myself enjoying the beautiful landscape and walking on the very well maintained alleys of this park. Every time I feel that relief after a busy day or week is needed I do not hesitate to take a break by admiring the lake, the birds, the trees and flowers. You can travel even by little train available for all the "ages" that chose the beautiful Park. Do not miss a visit! Especially in the Spring or Summer time.

We spent about two hours in this park, which have been completely redone, we hear with money from European Union. The money were well spent, as the park is pretty, loaded with flowers, alleys, bushes, trees, a lake with ducks, and breathes inviting atmoshere, that people take advantage of it. It was a weekend day and families, couples, strolling, bicycling. jogging were all out. The park was almost crowded. We liked the main entrance, gurded by huge gates, as if signaling the pride in the place. It is reachable by car, or public transportation, but in this case the distance and therefore the required time are quite a challemge and the visit might not be that warranted.

i love going here whit my daughter and feeding the ducks on the lake . and also the turtles and i must say there are a lot .

I used to live in the area of the park and my grandma used to bring me here when I was a small boy. The few hills around are perfect for bikers and for winter games. You can actually skate on the lake when it's frozen. The park has been renovated a couple of years ago so it looks friendlier and clean.

I recommend you to visit this! Consider to spend few hours here for walking, sitting on grass or other activities...It is a big park and even if many people visit it doesn't seems to be full.

I wouldn't recommend going here during the weekends, in the summer. It's full of chaotic very noisy kids, people on bikes and roller skates, restaurants making a lot of smoke with their barbecues and so on. If you want a nice quiet walk in the park with your dog or anybody else you should go during the weekdays before noon.

Very attractive park; it has a part that resembles to the Parisian `Luxembourg` garden and I’ve often heard music played throughout speakers. There are also some hills at one side of the garden where you can go for a picnic and on which there are grass paths that lead you to islands with beautiful statues and bridges!Go there if passing by.

this park is huge and on a lovely day that I had it made for a few hours sightseeing. This is also a nice but huge bar onsite where you can eat after your stroll.there is also a Lebanese restaurant at the edge where I ate.authentic and reasonable

Personally I love all parks in Bucharest this is my favorite one. I like going here with my boyfriend and taking long walks every season.Here you can find anything you want whether you are a couple or family with kids or just want to have a run. Don't miss visiting this park if you ever come to Bucharest you won't regret it!

The revamped park is much more fun to visit. It has more playgrounds, it's cleaner and the alleys have been all redone. It also has many terraces and other kiosks from where you can buy ice cream and other sweets, depending on your taste.It's fun to have a stroll by the lake in the evening or at night, but watch out for mosquitoes during the Summer months. :-)

this park is so crowded ! they had even a free open air cinema and i enjoyed , but it would be better to have a nice loooong (it's big park) walk in the morning, otherwise u will miss the nice things it has to offer.

A big and beautiful place , excelent for children but also for adult all ages! The lake is full of birds !
