I haven't been on this ride for years. It's not real pricey, fun considering you go off the top of the building and all around the parking lot. Probably not as challenging as some of the newer roller coaster at the big theme parks now, but I enjoyed it.

I loved roller coasters and had no fear of them until 2012 when I rode this! I have not been on one since!! Seriously scared the life out of me.

For years, I’ve passed though Primm while travelling between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. I’ve always been curious about the roller coaster at Buffalo Bill’s, but I have not tried it until recently.The bottom line is that the “Desperado” is a very good roller coaster ride. I’m a little unsure about the cost of a single ride ($8).But here’s a thought: A “Stampede Wristband” cost $22 and allows you unlimited rides, on all of the rides, for the whole day. A “Twilight Wristband” costs $15 and allows you unlimited rides, on all of the rides, from 5pm until closing.I my case, I wanted to ride the roller coaster ("Desperado", single ride cost $8) and the log ride ("Adventure Canyon Log Flume", single ride cost $8) at least once, each.Purchasing the Twilight Wristband, I rode the log ride once and the roller coaster twice. I feel I got my money’s worth in this instance. (And by the way, I didn’t think the log ride was that good. It’s probably meant for younger kids.)

As other reviewers have stated this an awesome rollercoaster, in fact one of the best rollercoasters ride I have ever been on.Cost is cheap at 10 dollars as this ride last for over 2 1/2 mniutes.... this doesnt sound long....but when your taking the ride its is plenty believe me....Its location is great as there isnt a great deal to see.... so once you get high (and i mean high) you can see everything..... If your driving its about a 30/40 minute drive from the strip..... we got mega lost trying to find it first time but thats because america doesnt have roundabouts... so if you take the wrong turning its a long haul back.... so grab a sat nav... There are other rides to enjoy, but this is the 'daddy' of them all, there is also casinos and restaurants to enjoy nearby.....I think primm is a great place to visit, from all the madness that is Vegas, this is great day out... grab a car and enjoy......

Wow the drop 225 feet at 90 mph drop is freaking amazing, I came off the ride trembling, but loved it...Anxious to see my son do it...The adrenaline rush you get from it is, WOW!!

If you find yourself in Primm, Nevada, you definitely have to get on this awesome roller coaster!! We drove out to Buffalo Bill's just to try it :)

We stopped to ride the coaster once. $10. The kids loved it and I went shopping at the outlet mall next door!

I think the inspectors need to check this ride the seats do not hold you in. The best part is the drop

The Desperado roller coaster located inside Buffalo Bills Hotel and Casino is a fun and exciting distraction. I usually drive the extra miles south of Las Vegas just to ride. However, the traffic heading south on I-15 on a Sunday afternoon can get really heavy crazy, so please plan ahead. (South Las Vegas Blvd actually parallels the interstate and may be a better option on the weekend.) The price of a single ride on my most recent visit (July 2014) was $10.00!!! Or you can buy an unlimited ride pass for $22.00 ($15.00 after 5pm) if you plan on riding it multiple times. The initial climb of the first hill seems interminable, and the ensuing drop is heart stopping. The ride lasts about 2.5 min and is a fun, sometimes rough, ride. Lots of fun if you enjoy a roller coaster! There are a number of other fun attractions and multiple food options on site.

I LOVE this roller coaster! Be sure to look down at the Buffalo Bills pool......you can really make out the buffalo from up there.

love roller coaster and it is so fast and big. While you gamble your kids can go on that. but it is a must

Don't freak out. No need. Yes. It's high but it's sturdy and safe and nowhere as violent as ppl have said. Fun and money well spent. Great view too! Enjoy!

We drove down to see the Bonnie and Clyde car, and saw this roller coaster. It wasn't a busy time of year so we decided to do it. We are not youngsters - but we really enjoyed it! It is thrilling and a bit scary. We screamed and laughed - we recommend it!

Great, no smoke, quiet, best of new slots anywhere, a bright and outstanding place. Reasonable clean comfortable hotel at Primm Valley casino, pool, rides, movie theater, mall... all here. You cant beat it.

This will wake you up and get all your attention. By all means you have to ride this. Make sure you use the restroom first. This will scare ,whatever you have in you out.But, you owe it to yourself to try this. You will remember this for a very, very, long time.....WOW
