I did like seeing the artifacts they had in here. The cool thing was seeing who all had toured this attraction. Staff weren't real friendly. The place was in great shape.

There are items that belong to "Becky" and pictures of her with Twain, but nothing like Mark Twain's home. I hope more work will be done to decorate it. This is included in the cost of the admittance of Twain's house.

This was a package ticket, about 6 places included in ticket. Mostly just hope to see, no personal items. However was interesting. Brought back memories from reading the Mark Twain books.

While I am a Mark Twain fan, this building was only mildly interesting. It recently underwent a restoration, and the building looks to be restored, but there are not many items in the home that were Becky's personal belongings. Glad we got to see it, though.

All pictures and context but worth the visit. Included in the ticket for Mark Twin House & Museum. Look for the coupon book that admits one free for one paid.

The home has been totally re-built from a state of disrepair. It is a wonderful image of an early 19th century home; however, it is furnished sparsely and in my opinion offers little to the one who is looking to enhance his or her knowledge or appreciation for the Mark Twain story. It is fun to look at the photographs inside the home which include, of course, the adults who were such a big part of Twain's childhood and the basis for much of his story telling, including, of course the lady who was the basis for the famous Becky Thatcher. One must go through the home, however, in order to see the law office and the depiction of the scene at the law office where the real Sam Clemens was shocked to discover a dead man on the floor. I was disappointed that the museum's operators have allowed the plastered figures at the law office depicting young Sam Clemens and the dead man to fall into such disrepair.

The cost for the Mark Twain boyhood home and all the surrounding places such as Becky Thatcher is included in your ticket. Very nicely kept and gives sense of the times they lived.

I enjoyed it but I enjoy anything historical, didn't hold my 10 year old granddaughter's attention very well.

Tom Sawyer's sweetheart is based on a real girl who grew up near Samuel Clemens. You will learn a lot about this girl and the way she embraced her character throughout her life. Worth a visit.

I was deeply saddened to see the end result of the restoration of this house. It looks nothing like the original and the exterior paint color is simply awful and not historically correct.

This house is fairly newly refurbished and was returned to what it believed to be the original colors. Nicely set up with a variety of rooms of interest. helps to finish out the tour of the Mark Twain experience.

I guess this house is relatively new to be open to the public. The woman at the museum downtown (not the Mark Twain museum) didn't know it was open. There wasn't any furniture in it just mainly pictures of people who played Huck and Becky through the years in their town. You just view the lower level.

My kids and I toured the home and it was a treat to see pictures and view items owned by the "real" Becky Thatcher. However, it was somewhat disappointing that there wasnt more history written so visitors could learn more. Further, the house was really bare. I understand the house just recently opened but there were more items in the on-site gift shop than in the house. Hopefully, many more items will be added along with more historical information. My kids were really confused whether it was a gift shop or one of the restored homes.

I enjoyed the history of photos showing famous visitors and the Tom and Becky ambassadors who are selected each year. i wanted to learn even more about the real Becky...they feature her early years and later years, but I left hungry for more.

All part of the other "Tom Sawyer" town attractions. If you take in all the old part of this area it is well worth visiting Becky Thatchers house. The whole area takes you back in time and the good memories of the "Mark Twain" books we all read!
