There Are some stores closing, very disappointing. The prices were almost too good to be true. They had tons of deals. Wish I had my wife down here so we could purchase stuff for our kids. The stores are clean and neat with lots of in stock items. These places need our support so they don't go away.

My wife and I have been shopping here for 10 years, Why? Because they have quality products in all the stores at fantastic prices. Also people are friendly and there are new stores all the time! Love the kitchen cooking stores!

I've been here a few different times and each time it has been very clean. I've seen the security guards tooling around on their golf carts patrolling, which made me feel very safe. There are so many different stores to go to. Nike outlet, Adidas outlet, Kays, Zales, Aero, Kitchen stores, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Coach and many more! The cold stone creamery is awesome and they even have a theater. I enjoy going to Osage Beach outlets!

We have enjoyed stopping in each year at the mall, and this year was no different. Occupancy is a bit down, but we always enough seeing the new stores. Be sure to look for on line bonus coupons and know that the sales change each week it seems.

You have to look around and shop to find a good deal. This outlet mall is somewhat of a tourist trap. Many come to the lake from the big cities and big city pricing can get a great deal on some stuff.EARLY mornings is the best time. Not many people moving around and it is easy to move around then.

If you hate shopping...you will love this place. Great deals and eady access. Way better than cruising thru a boring mall.

If you bundle up the stores are great! Great deals and selection! Many stores have sales that beat any chain stores and much higher quality.

The mall is large and like others have said, there aren't any "bargains". There are a variety of stores, and it takes awhile to go thru. If you're a "shopper" plan on spending at least 1 to 2 days there. If you have AAA, go by the office and get a discount coupon book. Would visit again

This place is huge, but don't go expecting huge bargains. We found the stores we went into were no better on pricing than regular stores, if not higher. But it is still fun going to. If you want to find bargains go to the Marshalls just down the road. You will need one of their little maps to get around the first time you go... it's that big!!! ;)

Where are the outlet prices? The prices are the same as if I were at a regular mall. I could have stayed home and shopped!

Not as many stores open.Movie theater moved down to the north end of Hwy 54. Some store are not really outlet prices..

This was the nicest outlet mall that we've been to. You could easily spend a whole day there. Nice selections of stores, some are on the smaller side, prices were good. We found some items we had been looking for. All the stores were nice and neat. We had lunch at the bar and grill in front of it that had pretty good food, although the service was a bit slow.The only downside was the single lane highways to get there from KCMO, and the streets in the area are a bit confusing with several "highways" crossing each other. Even with GPS lane assist we ended up taking a few wrong loops. I didn't know the area had built up that large. All in all, it was a very nice fall day to enjoy the drive, and shopping outside.

Store selection was pretty slim. Definitely more for the 55 plus traveler. Prices were the same as regular stores. Did not seem like a real outlet mall.

Visited the Premium Outlets while staying there for business. The customer service office was very helpful and gave additional coupons. Each store was very clean, had great sales and the clerks were extremely helpful. One store in particular even went so far as refunding my purchase and adding it to my friend's purchase so that we could receive an additional percentage off on the total. Awesome experience and great fun!
