liberty landing marina

This the nearest RV Park to Manhattan across the Hudson River. It is open 7/24 and the service we received was excellent when we arrived Sept.20, 2014. There were showers, laundry and excellent space for our 36 ft. Class A RV. You could see the Statue of Liberty across the bay. There was a 5 block walk to the nearest subway, but N.Y.'s subway system takes you anywhere. The next day we were able to take in so much of New York, Empire State Bldg, 911 site (which was so moving - everyone should take in the sad impact of this site, Times Square, even Harley Davidson store, the zoo area of Central Park, Wall Street, shopped in Tribeca district, took in Italian District and then ended the day at the N.Y. Chinatown, with a wonderful meal of crispy duck over rice, eggplant with garlic and black bean sauce and chinese broccoli with oyster sauce (Noodle House) in the yeart of China town, That part of New York really opened up at night, with carts of wonderful goods to be sold right on the street. I bought New York scarves and other goodies to take back home with me. On the walk back to the RV park, we stopped at the Tilted Kilt Pub and had a brew. This RV Park is the closest and best bet for RV'ers.

second time I have docked here on my way to home port in New Jersey. Stayed a week first time and would have done the same this time except one of my guest had to catch a plane and could not extend trip. Next year plan to stay longer. Could be one of my favorite Marinas. Could use more help on docks while docking.

Awesome Marina, probably the best in New York City. It is clean and simple to get in and out. Very often there are beautiful, huge, and unique boats that dock there from different places.

We have stayed at other marinas along the New York and New Jersey area and found Liberty Landing Marina the best. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Ferry shuttle to New York right at the marina. Superb restaurant onsite with the most outstanding view of the New York skyline especially at nite. Would go back there in a heartbeat....

On a suny day, this is very lovely. The restaurant attached to the marina is 5 star!! will go back and would recommend doing a cruise along River Hudson which I found lovely and worth any penny. The views of New York skyline on this cruise is incredible.

I turned up early for a meeting in Jersey City, and was able to spend some time looking around the marina area. So this review is not about the services the marina provides, but the overall area and the views it offers. And it has great views, particularly of the downtown Manhattan skyline and the new and improved Jersey City. I spent maybe thirty minutes there, and wish I could have stayed longer.

Tem uma vista realmente muito bonita, a marina é estruturada, possui um cafe bem gostoso para aproveitar enquanto espera o barco chegar.
