We spent two nights here right before hunting season started. We had a two hour horseback ride planned with out stay and everything was fantastic. We did not realize we would not have a TV (just and assumption that we would) but that turned out to be a blessing! We were able to watch the horses out our windows while we ate and the cabin was stocked with board games and plenty of things to keep us busy. The heat in the cabin was fantastic and the shower was AHH-mazing! The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had to reschedule the horseback ride due to rain and they made sure we were happy. We will definitely be back.

We went on the snowshoe and fondue tour during the week of Christmas. The owner greeted us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. The excellent experience began there and did not end. We had a great time on our guided snowshoe hike - which was customized to our skill and motivation levels. Fondue in the cozy saloon afterwards was terrific - large and tasty portions and a huge variety of beverages for purchase. The attention to detail and willingness to accommodate were apparent throughout our visit. We had an excellent time and I would highly recommend this tour. The friendly new owners are putting a lot of effort into this venture and it has paid off!

New owners are turning this place around as it was run into the ground by the previous owners. We had a very good weekend that included some fishing, hiking and, best of all, relaxation. Quite and clean cabin, saloon with TV for watching ball games and chatting with the locals. Very friendly people. We bought our weekend on Living Social and it was awesome. They didn't put a limit on the coupons and didn't expect to get over 150 purchased so cut them some slack. Real nice people making changes as quickly as they can and it is already nice. If you get a chance give it a try. We will be going back next fall.
