Reservation of seats, couchette and berths
is an additional railway service that allows passengers to ensure, in advance, desired seats within offered possibilities. Srbija Voz, determines, for each timetable, the trains and type of seats that can be reserved.
Seat reservation
Passenger should occupy the reserved seat at least 15 minutes after train departure from the station where the reservation was performed. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered free for other passengers.
Reservation in couchette coach
If there are couchettes available, a couchette supplement can be obtained with a couchette-car attendant, as well. Passengers shall occupy the reserved seats not later than 15 minutes after the train departure from the departure station where the couchette was reserved. Maximum of two people can use one couchette, one adult and one child up to 10 years of age.
Children between 6 and 14 years of age will pay half the adult fare and full amount for couchette (if they use it separately).

Reservation in sleeping coaches
- I Class ticket (1 berth) in single compartment
- II Class ticket (2 berths) in double compartment),
- II Class ticket (3 berths) in tourist compartment
Maximum of two people can use one berth, one adult and one child up to 10 years of age.
Children between 6 and 14 years of age will pay half the adult fare and full amount for berth (if they use it separately). Children up to 6 years of age, if they use berth separately, pay half the adult fare and full amount for berth.
Passengers with valid tickets and sleeping car vouchers shall occupy the reserved berth in sleeping car not later than 15 minutes after the train departure from the departure station where the berth reservation was made.
Before purchasing of train tickets the passengers have possibility to make reservation for seat, couchette, berth by calling our Call Center 011/360-28-99.
In this way, seat reservations can be made as early as 2 months before train departure. Seat reservations must be taken within 24h starting from the moment of reservation by phone call. If the mentioned reservation was made at the moment when there were less than 24h from the train departure, reservation must be taken at the ticket selling places of Srbija Voz JSC not later than 2h before train departure (or up to 3h for seat reservation for accompanied cars).
Reservation can be made for seats in trains that operate in domestic service as well as in international service to Monte Negro. In this way, reservation can not be made for seats at special offers („Bar special, Ljubljana special, Zagreb special etc.
By making one call it is possible to book:
- 1 compartment- 6 sitting places
- 1 compartment- 6 berths in 6 berth wagon (Bc)
- 1 compartment- 4 berths in 4 berth wagon (Ac)
- 2 compartments – 6 berths category tourist or 4 berths category double or 2 single berths
- 1 accompanied car and 1 trailer.
